Hello everyone! If you haven’t already heard, we are moving our “Stuff the Bus” event to July 25th so we can have a little more time to collect items! We are doing really well with backpacks, but we still need supplies to fill them! As always, we will also accept money donations as well.

Tech Tip of the Week
Through your Kelle App and KW Connect you can grow your referral network as well as send and receive actual referrals. This tech tip is to give an overview of the actual referral process.
First, be sure to check Kelle (or KWConnect Referral page) often because if someone sends you a referral, it will have a time frame attached to it. You need to respond quickly in order to get the referral.
This video gives you an overview of how to send and receive referals. Kelle and KW Connect have had many features added since this video was created by KWRI, however it gives you excellent step by step instruction on sending/receiving an actual referral.
After sending/receiving a referral, you will see this information displayed on your KW Connect “My Referrals” dashboard.
Note about your referrals dashboard: to get there, go to KWConnect, select the button “go to referrals”, you will see referrals that are “Awaiting Response”, “Inbound”, “Outbound” as well as other selections of expired, active, rejected, lost, funded.
Once you have initiated a referral, have it accepted through this system, then for now, you will still followup with a standard referral form like you have always done. Eventually this will most likely be more automated as well, but the cool thing is to be able to get the right agent, come to an agreement, quickly and easily through this system, then simply follow up with the form.
