Denton County Market Reports for July, 2017 indicate a robust housing market compared to this time last year. Median prices are UP, Active listings are UP, Closed Sales are UP, and homes are selling 4 days more quickly than they did in July 2016. Flower Mound Median prices were UP 6.5% from a year ago, and Days on the Market decreased by 7 days. Flower Mound continues to be a strong sellers market.In July 2017, Lantana‘s Median Price dropped by 4.9% and Active Listings rose steeply, up 12.2% from July 2016.
