Welcome Anna McKissack as our new Assistant Team Leader!  Anna began her new role on Monday and we are excited to have her part of our leadership team.  Great things are happening in our market center and we are blessed to be a part of the journey.  Let’s support Anna as she learns the ropes. 
Here are some things to know about Anna:

Anna graduated college from Baylor University with a degree in Professional Selling. After graduating college, Anna jumped into real estate where she sold over 5M in production her first year and won Rookie of the Year. Anna credits her early success to spending time with top agents in KW and implementing the proven models they demonstrated. Anna transitioned to a leadership role in the Market Center because of the love she has for the agents. Anna is most excited about adding value to agents and growing the market center.

AGENT TIP OF THE WEEK
 

I sent this out a few months ago and want to be sure everyone has read it: 

TREC requires your broker to have record of all real estate activities from sponsored licensees.  If you have offers that have not been accepted, it is required by TREC that your broker have copies of these.  It is always best to keep them for future reference.  If you represent the seller, you must present all offers to the seller.  I suggest you have the seller initial each offer so you have proof of presenting them.  You can also archive them in the Dotloop transaction or create a loop for all of your unaccepted offers.  That way you can upload them all into one loop and we have record of them.  Best practice is to keep any document or form signed by a client.
 
IMPORTANT:
 
Even if you are not taking a commission, you should upload the transaction documents into Dotloop and complete a Greensheet (this is especially important if you are buying and selling your own personal property).  Every transaction (regardless of commission) must be processed through our office as a Greensheet and a loop to be covered by E & O Insurance.  Also, all transactions closed out in NTREIS must be completed with a Greensheet and a loop to be in compliance.  This includes listings that are taken and do not sell…all documents must be in Dotloop.

Creating Outstanding Realtors for Excellence –  is a fast track program to provide agents with the foundation needed to launch their business, and get off to a fast, exciting start in real estate! 

This 90 minute orientation class covers how, what, when and where details necessary to get your Real Estate business started with Dallas Metro North.  You will be introduced to “Path to Success“. Path to Success is your first 100 days business guide. 

Cinda Knight, Productivity Coach, facilitates this class and program.  If you have questions about the CORE program, Cinda’s email is cinda@kw.com.  If you want to build your profit share tree, this is also an excellent recruiting tool for you so come & check it out!

RED DAY!!!

May 11, 2017

Join us on RED DAY to help give back to the community! We will be building bikes, making blankets and military care packages. There will also be a blood drive! 

It’s going to be a FUN day, but the only way we can make a difference is with YOUR help!  We will be packing up boxes to send to our military overseas so we need   your donations.  We will be collecting toiletry items, socks, magazines, playing cards, beef jerky and ANYTHING else that might be helpful AND will travel easily.

  Please bring your donations to the front desk by May 11th! 

Please sign up for a shift on May 11th and join in the FUN! Even if you can’t commit to an entire shift, please sign up anyway and let us know when you’ll be there.

Also, please sign up for the RED DAY BLOOD DRIVE.  Our Goal is to collect 60 pints of Blood.  Invite your sphere to participate in Red Day with us by donating to the blood drive.  We need to fill the slots available to sign up but they will also be accepting walk-ins as well.  If you don’t get signed up, you can just show up and they will take your donation.
