Our Agent Leadership Council is meeting this afternoon and continuing on to a fun dinner at The Grotto to celebrate the great year we are having. We will spend 2 hours working on their own businesses and their own wealth building, before moving to the dinner celebration. The agents are in the top 20% of our office, and they have led the way through 2010, showing the path to success by working smarter, more efficiently and using the great “market of the moment” information that is available to them. This Agent Leadership Council makes decisions about technology, office structure & décor, education, events – simply everything. The focus here is on agents reaching their goals….not the broker or the broker’s pocketbook. If all agents are reaching their goals – the rest takes care of itself. Working together, having fun together, finding success together = a GREAT real estate office!
